She plays a key role in shaping Marsik’s values and driving a culture of customer satisfaction and global collaboration.

Mr. R.H.M. Imran Chowdhury is the visionary founder and Managing Director of Marsik Pvt. Limited. With over 20 years of experience in the garment accessories industry, he brings unmatched expertise in quality-focused, customer-centric manufacturing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an MBA in Marketing. His leadership combines military discipline, corporate acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition to his role at Marsik, Mr. Chowdhury is also the CEO of Linijco Tours & Travels and actively participates in various trade bodies, including:

  • Brazil-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)

  • Association of Travel Agents of Bangladesh (ATAB)

Mrs. Rehnuma Nowrin, Finance Director

Ms. Rehnuma Nowrin brings over eight years of cross-functional expertise in finance, supply chain, and quality assurance. Her career includes positions at renowned multinational companies such as Google Infill Bangladesh, DEMCO, and MAERSK Line. She holds a BBA (East West University), an MBA (North South University), and a Master’s degree from Stockholm University, Sweden.

As a second-generation leader at Marsik, she blends corporate rigor with entrepreneurial foresight to ensure sound financial planning, process transparency, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Sakib Ishtiaque Chowdhury leads Marsik’s marketing strategy and global brand positioning. A BBA graduate from BRAC University, he has held pivotal roles at Meghna Group and JTI Bangladesh, specializing in brand management and sales development.

As a dynamic member of the next-generation leadership team, he focuses on expanding Marsik’s global footprint, enhancing client experiences, and building lasting market relationships through innovative, data-driven strategies.

Mr. Shafi Ullah Chowdhury, Executive Director of Marsik Pvt. Limited, drives strategic initiatives and business development. He joined the leadership team in 2020 and has since played a critical role in strengthening the company’s sales, marketing, and international expansion.

With a strong academic background including a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics and an MBA in Marketing Mr. Chowdhury has held impactful roles at MBM Group and GPH Ispat Ltd. His ability to translate data insights into business outcomes has been instrumental in positioning Marsik as a leader in innovation and client service.
